Aside from my home turf, this will be my best travel guide. Despite three months here, this guide will largely focus on the Northern area of Vietnam. This trip was truly transformative and I aim to capture a small fraction of just how beautiful this country was, and still is.
Recommended Hostels:
The One
Hanoi Buffalo
Nexy Hostel
Hanoi comes with many recommendations such as Bahn Mi 25 and the Note Cafe, although many places ARE indeed tourist traps, a few are worth exploring. However, I would say the best way to explore Hanoi is to go anywhere and everywhere. Unfortunately, everything is so close, it is hard to pinpoint some of my favourite places- some of the best food was truly a tiny stall on the side of a road- I will try to update as I go on.
