With In Waves, Jamie replicates the emotional crescendos and thrilling volatility of an almost mystical night out– one where you return home in the cigarette ash dawn, the specifics of the last eight hours already blurring, but aware that these feelings will remain a crystalline memory.- Bandcamp
It sounds like a complete nightmare I know, as someone who has passed out multiple times in a sauna but I think there is something really cool that you are so exposed, in a state that you wouldnt nessecarily show to other people, yet not having to care about phyiscal appearnce at all (which i dfeel like determines so much of modern nightd oiut) . Usually the whole 'health-socety' cult is very superiffical, im a big fan and definalty want to go.

Came across Nakamura about 4 years ago when I found the 2007 'Remixed and Reimiagined' album of various DJ's remix-ing Billie Holiday. His usual music is cosmic electro, an intersection of jazz, electronic and jungle, in which he plays the keyboard and trumpet. Cool guy
Playlist of a dear friend, but not a 'typical jazz' playlist
